ocated in Finleyville, Pennsylvania (Washington County), Timber Oaks Farm is nestled within 39 rolling acres and surrounded by miles of untouched riding trails and land.

The thirty stall barn features twenty-three 12x12 stalls with hay racks and floor mats and seven 10x10 stalls. Each stall contains two water buckets.

A wash stall complete with hot and cold water is available.

The 80'x200' indoor groomed arena contains a mixture of sand and shredded rubber footing. It contains a complete set of indoor jumps as well as a sound system.

Two tack areas are available to borders as well as a separate tack area for lesson students. A heated lounge with viewing area to the indoor arena will keep you comfortable. Also available is a microwave, refrigerator, pop machine and restroom.

The 110'x250' outdoor arena boasts sand footing for year round riding. A covered viewing stand with seating is available for your viewing comfort. A complete set of outdoor jumps is available.

We groom both our Indoor and Outdoor arena to ensure proper footing.

Daily turnout is available in a variety of paddocks of approximately 15 acres in total.

Training is also available for the green through advanced horse. Ground work and flat work are emphasized to insure a smooth transition into jumping. Whether your horse needs a 'tune-up' or complete training, we are ready to assist you.

We offer a complete riding program for the beginner to advanced, child through adult. Qualified instructors match the student to with the appropriate horse. Private or group lessons available. Safety is number one.

At Timber Oaks Farm we employ a dedicated Barn Manager and staff who oversee all aspects of complete, quality horse care. Horses are fed three times daily, turned out daily and stalls cleaned daily. Routine scheduled vet visits keeps all horses on same vaccination/worming schedule.
